The City of Artesia is excited to introduce a new resident engagement program in partnership with FlashVote, designed to make it easier than ever for community members to share their voices and help shape City decisions.

Your Participation Matters

FlashVote uses short, statistically valid surveys to gather meaningful input from residents. These quick surveys strengthen public participation by helping the City identify community priorities, measure what’s working well, and guide future planning efforts. 

How It Works

You will be notified of new surveys a few times per year. Each survey takes about one minute to complete and remains open for 48 hours, making participation simple and convenient. During the registration process, residents will be given the option to participate by email, text or phone call. All responses are completely anonymous, ensuring honest and open feedback. After each survey closes, a summary of results will be sent to participants.
