Artesia Square Mixed-Use Project (Case No.2024-23)
The Artesia Square Mixed-Use Project would consist of: (1) utilities improvements; (2) construction of a mixed-use building, amenities, trash enclosure and paved driveways; and (3) landscaping. The project would include the development of a six-story-tall mixed-use building with multi-family units, an amenities area, rooftop commercial space, parking and landscaping. The 83 multi-family residential units would be comprised of 32 studio units, 21 one-bedroom/one-bath units, and 30 two- bedroom/two-bath units. The maximum height of the building would be approximately 60 feet at 11746 South Street.
AM/PM Code Amendment & Conditional Use Permit (Case No.2025-12)
The AM/PM Code Amendment & Conditional Use Permit is a Zoning Code amendment that will amend the zoning code to allow the sale of alcohol at a gasoline service station, in conjunction with a CUP to upgrade the alcohol license from a Type 20 license (beer and wine) to a Type 21 License (beer, wine and distilled spirits).
183rd & Arline 22-unit Residential Development (Case No.2025-18)

The Temporary Lighting Code Update is a Citywide addition of Section 9-2.1250 to Title 9 of the Artesia Municipal Code to establish regulations and standards for the use of temporary outdoor lighting in residential zones.
