Parking Control
Parking enforcement patrol the City with the purpose of enforcing the California Vehicle Code, the Los Angeles County Code, and the Artesia Municipal Code.
To report any parking violations please call (562) 865-6262 ext. 200 or 245 or submit a request here. When submitting a request include photos, location and violation details.

Parking Citations
Citation Processing Center is the company contracted by the City to handle parking citations. Parking citations cannot be paid contested in person or via e-mail. Within 21 days of issuance, the registered owner, lessee or person responsible for the vehicle cited shall either:
1. Pay the parking citation; or
2. Submit an appeal online at www.CitationProcessingCenter.com or mail your appeal with any supporting information to the address below.
The appeal or payment must be received within 21 days of the citation date. Submitted documents will not be returned.

Red Tagged Vehicles
- When a vehicle has been parked in any area for more than 72 hours, the vehicle will be red tagged. After the 72 hours if the vehicle is not removed it will be cited and towed. Under CVC #26651-K. To recover your vehicle contact Kenny's Auto Body and Towing at (562) 925-9531 located at 17406 Woodruff Ave Bellflower CA 90706 .
