The City of Artesia has taken significant measures to protect the public and staff as the COVID-19 outbreak has persisted over the last several months. Staff continues to work diligently to address requests for service by residents and businesses. In recognition that some services require in-person interaction, the City will be opening to the public for limited in-person services by appointment only on Monday, August 3rd.
