The City of Artesia released its third Annual Report today for the recently ended 2018-2019 fiscal year, marking a year of great achievements for the City. Released each summer, the Annual Report outlines the City’s progress on numerous priority areas and details the many projects, events, and other accomplishments achieved by the City over the past year, demonstrating the City’s commitment to improving quality of life for Artesians.
