The City of Artesia planted 26 new trees at all three City parks last week to kick-off to a multi-year tree planting campaign, funded by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), that will see the planting of over 700 new trees in public areas and almost 700 fruit trees distributed to Artesia families over the next few years.
