On Monday, July 22, hard construction will begin on the Norwalk Boulevard Street Improvement Project. This project, made possible by a nearly $2 million grant from the State’s Alternative Transportation Program, will make numerous improvements to the entire length of Norwalk Boulevard within the City of Artesia, including new bike lanes, improved sidewalks, all new pavement and landscaped medians, monument signs, and more.
