Long Beach Transit Bus Schedules to Stay the Same


Long Beach Transit and the Amalgamated Transit Union have reached agreement regarding the provision of meal and rest periods for bus operators as required by state regulation. As a result, the service reductions that had been previously announced to take effect on Sept. 11 will not occur.

All Long Beach Transit bus routes are expected to continue operating on their current schedules with no change to the frequency of service or routes. Bus schedules are published in the current edition of the Long Beach Transit Guide or are available at lbtransit.com.
