Artesia Red Ribbon Report

“Drug Free, I have the power.”

Kids learned reasons why not to use drugs at Artesia's Red Ribbon Assembly.

Speaking as a guest was former Dodger Rudy Law, who told kids that his dream to become a baseball star would have never come true if he had used drugs.

Also, Teen Challenge International provided some entertaining skits to help drive home the point that drugs will ruin a person's life.

Southeast Academy also presented a flag-folding ceremony.

Approximately 600 children from our Lady of Fatima, Elliot, Faye Ross, Haskell, Juarez attended the event.
