Government Assisted Improvements

The HOME Program - Housing Rehab

The City of Artesia will utilize its consultant to administer HCD funds for housing rehabilitation to low income owner-occupants.

Qualified households can apply for 0-2 percent interest rates with deferred payment loans up to 20 years and $50,000 (with limitations).  By early summer, the City expects the State to approve the program guidelines to begin the process of funding applicants.
