Redeveloping Artesia Boulevard

Artesia Blvd. and Roseton Ave. will soon be undergoing major redevelopment, called the Artesia Specific Plan.

The scope of work for this project includes an analysis of the area's strengths, weakenessses and opportunities; several community workshops for all stakeholders (property owners, businesses and city wide residents); a traffic analysis; a utility and infrastructure review; development of land use alternatives; design guidelines; landscape and architectural concept plans; development standards; a phasing and implementation plan; and presentations to the Planning Commission and City Council/Redevelopment Agency Board.
