National Guard to help in Veterans Day program
Artesia will be receiving substantial support from the California National Guard and the Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base for the annual Veterans Day event that is scheduled for November 7.
Representing the National Guard is Sergeant Joshua Hodges, who is part of the Veterans Day committee. The National Guard will work toward supplying displays and staff
The City of Artesia is also seeking veterans who for whatever did not receive or no longer possess the medals they earned while on active duty.
