Low interest rehab loans
The City of Artesia will administer state funds for housing rehabilitation to low income owner-occupants.
Qualified households can apply for 0 to 2 percent interest rates with deferred payment loans up to 30 years and $50,000 (with limitations).
The program still has funds left to qualifying applicants, so hurry! Don't miss the opportunity for making those postponed home improvements when conventional loans are in the neighborhood of 5 to 7 percent.
