Get rid of bulky items, 'E' Waste, and hazardous waste

Don't know how to get rid of excess junk? Do you have bulky items, "E" Waste or Hazardous Waste?

The City of Artesia, in conjunction with Consolidated Disposal Service, is holding our sixth annual "Just Dump It" (legally) Campaign on July 9, starting at 8 a.m.  This will be a drive-thru type of event.

We will be accepting bulky items and excess junk at two locations and hazardous waste/Ewaste at one.  Hazardous waste/Ewaste dropoff is open to all L.A. County residents.

Hazardous waste/Ewaste includes motor oil, oil filters, brake fluid, paint, paint thinner, turpentine, cleaners with acids or lye, pesticides, herbicides, household and car batteries, pool chemicals, outdated medications, electronics (i.e. TV's, computers, cell phones), fluorescent light tubes, light bulbs, mercury-containing items.

Tires without rims accepted at A.J. Padelford Park Only, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
