Care for the Children, a non-profit organization, will be repainting residential curb addresses within the City of Artesia. Although there is no charge for this service, Care for the Children will ask for charitable donations (strictly voluntary) of no more than $15.00 to help reimburse the cost of its service. The City of Artesia does not pay Care for the Children for this service.

In an emergency situation, a freshly painted, clearly visible curb address can be extremely valuable.

Care for the Children will be painting four-inch black numbers on a reflective white background. They will not be painting murals, emblems, or pictures.

Work will begin 7-10 days from the date of this notice.
