Developers, city officials cut red ribbon at City Plaza's Grand Opening


Developers and Artesia city officials cut the ribbon symbolizing the grand opening of the City Plaza on 11600 South Street at 4:30 p.m. on September 8.

After the ceremony, free food samples were given out to approximately 200 hungry guests.  Chinese food, Shabu Shabu, Sushi, Italian, Hawaiian, Vietnamese, baked goods, and Thai food were among the foods sampled.  The New Image Clinic was giving out gift certificates for a free facial and other discounts.

Live music was performed by the 9 Karat Gold band.
