A wave of Grand Openings


It's always good to hear good news during a recession.  During the last few weeks, Artesia has seen a awave of grand openings.

The most recent (was the Mumbai Restaurant on June 7.  On June 6, the Calcutta Kompany opened, and in May the Medicine Shoppe opened its new weigh loss clinic as an addition to the already popular pharmacy and vitamin shop.

With more grand openings in the works, and the formation of the Artesia Business Association, the future of Artesia's business community is looking good.
