Artesia finalizes downtown concept
City staff, along with a company called Urban Futures, has finished a final conceptual design for the Downtown Revitalization Project, using information gathered from the suggestions and concerns of residents during numerous town hall meetings.
The next step will involve developing the plans and specifications for the street revitalization, and this is normally done by a landscape architect and the city engineer.
