A 'Spooktacular' Halloween

The annual Spooktacular Halloween Event will be held on Sunday, October 31st from 5 to 8 p.m. at Artesia Park.

Parents are encouraged to bring children of all ages to participate. Youth 13 and under are eligible to try their hand at the various carnival game challenges to win Halloween goodies, and adults and children are invited to participate in the costume contest as well.
