Get ready for the 50th Anniversary fair, parade in October

Mark your calendars for the weekend of October 9 through 11, and come celebrate Artesia's 50th Anniversary with the community. A 50th Anniversary Parade will be held on Saturday, Oct. 10, 10 to 11:30 a.m. If you are interested in participating in the parade, call (562) 860-3361.

The 50th Anniversary City Fair will be held at Artesia Park from Friday to Sunday. It will include a carnival and Country Fair. The fair is free to the public and will include an exposition center for community non-profit organizations to display some of Artesia's history and available services.

Unlimited ride wristbands are available at Artesia Park, A.J. Padelford Park, and City Hall for $15 per day, available until October 7.
