Resident Academy

The City of Artesia is offering a Resident Academy Program designed to inform the community about the functions of their City, the services offered, and the opportunities available to get involved. The presentations will be held from 6 to 7 p.m., at the Artesia Community Support Center, located at 18163 Pioneer Boulevard. Academy presentations will be held on a quarterly basis. A participant can register for one presentation, several, or for the entire series. Dates for upcoming presentations will be provided to registrants, as the presentations near. Presentations will cover a specific topic each quarter as noted below:

*Depending on the subject, some presentations may be 1 -1 ½ hours long.

The City will follow L.A. County Health Officer Orders regarding COVID19 safety protocols, which include the use of a mask in an indoor setting, regardless of vaccination status. Please note that based on the number of registrations received, the City may move the location to a larger facility to provide ample distancing between participants. The City will provide this information to registered participants. For that reason, please note that it is important to submit a registration, so that you may obtain the most current information.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO REGISTER. THE ARTESIA COMMUNITY SUPPORT CENTER HAS LIMITED CAPACITY. REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
