South Street Reconstruction
The City seized the opportunity for approximately $500,000 in stimulus money to build a median and reconstruct Artesia's portion of South Street.
Because of the holidays, construction has been postponed out of a courtesy for shoppers. Construction will resume in January and should be finished in mid-January.
