Plans for Preferred Parking Program (or P3) program, downtown residents affected
The Artesia City Council is considering adopting a Preferred Parking Permit (or “P3”) program. This program is proposed to prevent business patrons from parking in your neighborhood.
The City Council has requested that city staff meet with affected residents about this P3 program.
A community meeting will be held to discuss the proposed program before the City Council makes a final decision.
The proposed permits would be available to residents in three categories: Resident, Guest, and Temporary.
Details of the program will be discussed at the community meeting on November 29 at 6:30 p.m., the Albert O. Little Community Center, located at 18750 Clarkdale Avenue, Room A.
